Charcuterie Spread

Our grazing feast made of cured meats such as prosciutto, salami and sopressata. Artisan cheeses: gouda, goat cheese and parmigiano-reggiano. Garnished with olives, pickles, assorted candied nuts and seeds, fresh fruit, preserves and a variety of breads and gourmet crackers.

Taco Bar

This is a self-serve Taco bar experience! Start with hard and soft corn tortillas, stuff it with mexican cilantro chicken and ground tangy beef or lime shrimp, top your tacos with Lime, fresh Pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeño, corn, cilantro, fresh salsa, queso, shredded cheese, chopped lettuce, and sour cream. Side with and of course, CHIPS!

The build-your-own burger bar is designed to cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs, allowing guests to craft their perfect burger masterpiece. It includes: 

Beef Patties, Classic Burger Buns, Whole Wheat or Gluten-Free Buns, Cheddar, Swiss and Pepper Jack cheeses, Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Avocado Pickles, Banana Peppers. Sauces: Ketchup, mustard, mayo, BBQ sauce, sriracha, and a special house sauce. And of course, CHIPS!

Snacking Spread

Comes with 2 different kinds of mini gourmet paninis, or tortilla roll-ups made with specialty charcuterie (vegetarian option available), sun-dried tomatoes, hummus with carrots, cucumber and celery, artichoke greek yogurt dip with whole-wheat chips and crackers, seasonal fresh fruits, grapes, berries, watermelon, bread basket with berry jams and creamy almond cheese dip . All you need to have a healthy and fantastic afternoon picnic.

Greek Experience

Eat like greek gods with this feast: - Feta whipped dip with honey. - Eggplant baba ganoush with fresh sliced veggies. - Kalamata olives hummus. - Turmeric and yogurt chicken skewers. - Roasted veggies skewers (zucchinis, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes) - Roasted garlic potatoes with feta and rosemary. - Cucumber tzatziki yogurt dipping sauce. - Fresh breads and pitas. - 2 kind of olives, black and green - Fresh sliced veggies: cucumbers, carrots, celery and cherry tomatoes. - layered greek dip.
