  • How do I Book?
    Take a look at our Packages, Food Menu and Add-ons! Once you know what you want, just fill out the form under "Book your picnic". The form will automatically show you the total price. To hold your date you need to pay 50%. The remaining balance will be paid once the picnic is set up.
  • How much notice do you need to book a picnic?
    The more advance notice the better due to availability, but we require a booking confirmation no later than 72 hours prior to the picnic date.
  • What happens if it rains?
    If the weather shows rain for the date of your picnic, just contact us. We can reschedule your picnic for no extra fee. We always recommend that the client has a back up venue in mind (This could be a covered area at home, a community hall...)
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We do not offer any refunds, but we can reschedule without any penalty up to 48 hours before your picnic.
  • How much time do we get and what happens when it's over?
    Our picnics usually last 3-4 hours, but if you need more time just contact us and we'll figure something out. When your picnic is over just text the number we provide at the time of booking and we'll take care of the pick up and cleaning.
  • Can we change things on the menu?
    Yes! We cater for vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, egg free, gluten free or any dietary restrictions or food allergies you may have.
  • What is the maximum number of guests you can acommodate?
    We can acommodate up to 30 people. However, if you have more people in mind, just contact us and we can create something special and tailored for your event!
